Bank Transfer
When selecting bank transfer, you will receive an email with our payment details after placing your order. You'll need to manually transfer the amount, including the order number as the payment reference. Transfers usually take 1-2 business days to process and reach our account. If we do not receive payment within 14 days, the order will be automatically canceled. Once payment is received, we will immediately process your order.

Shipping
We ship all orders via Zásilkovna Packeta, ensuring reliable delivery across the European Union. If Zásilkovna does not operate in your country, it will automatically select the most dependable courier service to ensure your package arrives safely and on time. With daily dispatches every business day, we ensure your order is shipped as quickly as possible.

 Dispatch Time
Orders are typically dispatched within 7 days of purchase. If you need your order sooner, please contact us—we’ll do our best to expedite it.

Complex / Made-to-Order Items
For custom or complex orders, dispatch times may be longer. We will notify you promptly of any delay.

Delivery Time

 Package Tracking
Each shipment sent through Zásilkovna Packeta is assigned a tracking code. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details to monitor your package’s journey, whether it's headed to your doorstep, a pick-up point, or a Z-BOX self-service locker.

 Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on the total order value and the destination. This shipping contribution is added to the total order price, whether the delivery is to your home, a Zásilkovna pick-up point, or a Z-BOX. This allows us to offer a convenient and flexible delivery option tailored to your needs.

Free shipping on orders over CZK 5,000 or €200.

Valid for deliveries within the Czech Republic and Slovakia. (Threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts, excluding shipping.)
